I’m Lauren Brown — coach, endurance athlete, and advocate for busy women doing hard things at their own pace.
You have responsibilities. You have commitments. And you have goals. Your pace doesn’t disqualify you — it qualifies you.
I didn’t start my journey with triathlon at 14. I didn’t even plan to be an endurance athlete. I started later — after a career in marketing, after early running burnout, after life transitions that could’ve stopped me. Instead, I found strength in adaptation, confidence in consistency, and power in pacing. (And yes — I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been.)

My philosophy is simple: Training should fit your life — not the other way around.
I integrate endurance, strength, nutrition, and mindset so you don’t have to choose between ambition and balance.
Maybe you’re:
- Starting something new at 37
- Rebuilding fitness after life got loud
- Balancing work, family, and your athletic goals
No matter where you are — your pace matters.
That’s the heart of Setting the Pace.
Let’s start where you are.
If you’d like to connect and chat about your goals and how I might be able to support you, shoot me a message!
